After combing though his filings over the past couple of elections there were a considerable number of questionable items concerning expenditures, which I alerted the local media about. Now it seems the excrement is hitting the fan. Glad to see action is being taken.

Thousands were spent on "constituent letters", on dues for various Republican parties and caucuses, over $8,000 to himself to bring account into balance, subscriptions to our local papers and the list goes on. Hopefully they will begin a close examination of all these people and their use of campaign accounts to pad their lives. Will be interesting to see if Goldfinch's filings show a payment that can be connected to the Citizens Alliance for Fiscal Responsibility that paid for anti Reese Boyd ads.

And you want to know who controls our elections? https://www.scaj.com/index.cfm?pg=pacbylaws

Trial lawyers.

This group/PAC donated $14,000 to Goldfinch's election to the Senate via their main PAC and then through various numbered PACs such as Justice PAC One through 10 and then under two other names associated with the same address.

So Cleary is settling up with the Ethics Commish. Wonder how the others that took the same trip to Israel are getting off with out having to pay back the campaign money they spent?
