Funny that the Georgetown Times did not cover this story. The Coastal Observer had to cover the fact that Wayne Gregory is suing John Hilliard for failing to represent him in his imbezellment case. John's daddy Jack was a great man you could count on . John? Not so much. But a lot of us already knew that.

In a suit filed last week against his former attorney, John Hilliard, Gregory says the money wasn’t “tax money.” It belonged to Santee Cooper, the state-owned utility that is a partner in county economic development projects.

So you gotta give credit where credit is due. The Georgetown WASTE OF MY Times finally covered the story about John Hilliard being sued for not representing another client. It only took them eight days to report it after we here at the CITIZENS REPORT got the truth out. But at least they did cover it. Back in the days of Scott Harper and Tommy Howard we would have never read any truthful news about John Hilliard being sued for failing to represent a client. We are making progress. Small steps people. Small steps.
