The vote is not binding on the City Council. It will be interesting to see if Council, in their May meeting, decides to go against the recommendation of the Planning Commission.

James E. Sanderson, Jr and his band of thug wanna-bes scared the planning commission. They have trashed Jack So-Vile to the point he will vote to rezone. There are enough votes on city council to pass the rezoning.  Sorry James.
