The WARN notice and James ESanderson, Jr
« on: October 28, 2020, 06:42:19 PM »
The Steel Mill issued the official WARN notice. It's official folks. Let's get those plans ready for what replaces the mill when it gets torn down?

What's that noise? Silence? Where is James E. Sanderson, Jr?

Wait I must have missed that front page article in the Georgetown Times? The biggest private employer in Georgetown City is closing and putting everyone out of work? No I don't see that article on the front page or any other page. What is the Georgetown Times doing? What is city council doing? Jobs, jobs, jobs? What is the Sanderson clan doing? What is Tupelo doing? Is anyone listening to the families that are once again out of work and no money for the holidays?

It is time for local government to petition the EPA for Superfund assistance.

Its past time for the local leaders to ask for the superfund clean up. I saw Tupelo today and asked him if he would lead the charge. He got very angry and shouted at me the mill will never leave. Now that is leadership.
