Scott Harper let Michelle Cox post a jab at Peggy Wayne on his blog today. There was no reason to make that jab ( and it was even a different font like it was a afterthought just to get everyone to notice) other than Scott’s hate for Peggy Wayne’s success with harbor walk all those years.
